The basic configuration:
1. Feeding section
(1) paper feeding independent motor frequency control
(2) main motor speed ratio linkage, pasting box process to keep the box spacing stable.
2. Pre-folding section:
(1)Three plates structure of conveyor belt , left 180º, right 135º
(2)The pre-folding device meets the need of automatic production line.
(3)Reserved for independent servo after - hook system for 4 / 6 corner boxes or special after - hook boxes.
3. Gluing section:
(1)Stable at high speed.
(2)Without glue leakage and throwing.
(3)Paste roller knurling treatment.
4. Hook bottom section:
(1)the hook bottom is equipped with a high-speed edge grinding machine and equipped with air suction and dust removal.
(2)Unique design for upper and lower glue tank and matching products (optional for cold and hot glue automatic spraying system).
5.Final folding section:
(1)Lengthening this folding part to meet the long box folding requirements, such as the solar lamp box.
(2)The upper and lower belt main transmission system makes sure a carton smooth transmission.
6. Output section:
(1)paper receiving belt and coordinate with guide roller, stable and not easy to cause the damage of the box.
7.Conveyor section:
(1)With pneumatic type adjustment.
(2)The entrance has two sets feeding mechanism.
(3)The new type belt front and back with adjustment system.
(4)The conveyor section adopts pneumatic type adjustment which makes the balance much reliable. According to diffident boxes that can adjust the pressure.
(5)The entrance configures two production leading-in mechanism which makes much smooth and makes sure the quality.
8. Pushing neat section:
(1)Pushing device can reducing the bell mouth of the box effectively.
(2)The paper can be delivered to paper receiving unit smoothly.
9. Counter device:
(1)The box counter coordinates with the photo-electricity, electromagnetic valve, and cylinder. When the box go through the photo-electricity counter and up to the setting number, cylinder will kick out by the side of the neat boxes to mark for the convenience of packing.
(2) The photo-electricity counter and cylinder are controlled by the touch screen, and the number of each pack can be set between 0-9999, and each action time is between 0-99 second.
Function and Profile:
(1)Equipped with full color touch screen monitor, main machine, transfer and conveyor can control the speed automatically and synchronization trace parameter setting system.
(2) The machine adopt movable and adjustable operating function in each section .Equipped with elaborate tooth lever design. It is simple, convenient and efficient for one man operation.
(3) High power stepless speed control frequency conversion and high-efficiency power motor, the highest speed can reach 300 meters/min, power transmission adopts powerful belt transmission, with low noise, high efficiency, easy maintenance and economic efficiency.
(4) The machine are suitable for general pasting, two-side pasting and pre-folding bottom pasting, which is elaborately designed, and it is easy to operate for the beginner.
(5) Unique design of the upper and lower glue tank and coordinate with the need of products.
(6) Pressing and conveyor section equipped with adjustable the pressure design according to the needs of the products. Equipped with a set of special soft belts to ensure uniform pressure and perfect quality.
(7) The machine adopt photoelectric counting, which can be used for total or quantitative counting, and equipped with kicker remark recognition device.
