The basic configuration:
1. Feeding section
(1) paper feeding independent motor frequency control
(2) main motor speed ratio linkage, pasting box process to keep the box spacing stable.
(3)Vibration motor
2. Final folding section:
(1)Final- folder upper and lower belt with double drive systems, ensure the triple wall and five layers corrugated box get strong transmission force.
5. Trombone section:
(1)paper receiving belt and coordinate with guide roller, stable and not easy to cause the damage of the box.
(2)Trombone section front part configures adjusting mechanism of the double wheel rollers. That can make the box finalize the design, ensuring the smooth of output.
(3)The back part combines with the photoelectric technology, and with automatic kicking counter mechanism.
Buffer section:
(1)Independent buffer with our patent design, greatly increase production efficiency and pass rate.
Conveyor section:
(1)With pneumatic type adjustment.
(2)The entrance has two sets feeding mechanism.
(3)The new type belt front and back with adjustment system.
(4)The conveyor section adopts pneumatic type adjustment which makes the balance much reliable. According to diffident boxes that can adjust the pressure.
(5)The entrance configures two production leading-in mechanism which makes much smooth and makes sure the quality.

The use of photoelectric technology, quantitative counting can be configured pneumatic kick recognition device. Man-machine interface, scientific management, easy to grasp.
