The basic configuration:
 Feeding section
(1)Independent motor variable frequency control.
(2)Powerful suction feeding.
(3)Japan NITTA feeding belt.

Crash-lock bottom section:
(1)3 Shift plates position with 40mm lower belts (left&right) and 30mm upper pressing belts, 30mm lower belt in the middle, 25mm upper pressing belt.
(2)It configures each one upper gluer tank (left&right) and four lock bottom hooks.


 Gluing section:
(1)Stable at high speed.
(2)Without glue leakage and throwing.
(3)Paste roller knurling treatment.




 

Final folding section:

 Pressing section:

(1)Shift 2 plate position with photoelectric counter and kicker mark recognition device.
(2)Trombone section front part configures adjusting mechanism of the double wheel rollers. That can make the box finalize the design, ensuring the smooth of output.
(3)The back part combines with the photoelectricity , and with automatic kicking counter mechanism.




Conveyor section: 
(1)With pneumatic type adjustment.
(2)The entrance has two sets feeding mechanism.
(3)The new type belt front and back with adjustment system.
(4)The conveyor section adopts pneumatic type adjustment which makes the balance much reliable. According to diffident boxes that can adjust the pressure.
(5)The entrance configures two production leading-in mechanism which makes much smooth and makes sure the quality.




Pushing neat section:
(1)Pushing device can reducing the bell mouth of the box effectively.

(2)The paper can be delivered to paper receiving unit smoothly. 

 Counter device:
(1)The box counter coordinates with the photo-electricity, electromagnetic valve, and cylinder. When the box go through the photo-electricity counter and up to the setting number, cylinder will kick out by the side of the neat boxes to mark for the convenience of packing.
(2) The photo-electricity counter and cylinder are controlled by the touch screen, and the number of each pack can be set between 0-9999, and each action time is between 0-99 second.
