Product Description

Feeder:feeder adopt independent motor with inverter,and also coordinated with main part in same speed ratio,so that the box can keep stable distance while running.



 


 
 Aligerner unit: three-plate conveyer belt structure, lengthening pre-folding(left 180°, right 135° ), convenient for the box to run on automatic packing flow line, meet automatic production line needs.


Gluing unit: stable at high speed, without shaking the paste and  leaking glue, paste wheel roller treatment and equipped with automatic glue system.



Final folding unit: Lengthening the final folding unit, pneumatics regulates pressure. Right and left equipped with taper wheel to adjust the speed of the belt.
 

The Output unit:
(1)The upper and lower carriers running separately, which is conducive to adjusting the length separately.
(2) Equipped with belt tensioning automatic control system

Pushing neat unit:
